THIS MEMBERSHIP ACTIVATES ON THE DAY OF PURCHASE

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT:

By purchasing this membership, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this agreement. Shambhala Yoga Shala, which is operated by Shambhala Living Pty Ltd (SHAMBHALA YOGA SHALA), a company incorporated in Australia, whose registered office is at 58 Justin Rd Doonan QLD Australia 4562 (registered ABN: 98 125 947 159)

- I understand that this is an auto-renewing membership and that I will be charged monthly unless termination is requested

- I fully acknowledge and understand that the governing of this direct debit membership is my responsibility

- I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that the necessary funds are in my account on the allocated withdrawal dates

- I understand that SHAMBHALA YOGA SHALA holds a strict no-refund policy of any kind and that this membership is non-transferable

- In the event of termination AND/OR suspension I agree to inform SHAMBHALA YOGA SHALA a minimum of 5 business days in advance via email

I understand that SHAMBHALA YOGA SHALA will terminate my pricing option only when I follow the structure below:

• Email SHAMBHALA YOGA SHALA at info@shambhalafarm.com.au 5 business days in advance to request termination

I understand that my fee-free suspension options are ONLY available after actively holding a membership for 1 month. 

The options are;

• 1 time per year for 4 weeks

• 2 times per year for 2 weeks each

REFUNDS: Any purchases made are solely your responsibility, and we therefore hold a strict no-refund, no-transfer policy.
